Dignity & Hope Hospice and Palliative Care is a unique story about the conscious decision by a group of professionals with over 30 years of senior care and over 20 years of hospice experience to create a hospice program immersed in the commitment to genuine and uncompromising care, and an unwavering compassion for those we care for.

Dedication to compassionate, quality care is personal.  We are motivated by past, personal hospice experiences with loved ones to provide the exceptional care to our patients, and their families, that they deserve.  We believe that patients, and their families, should feel confident in the commitment and care they choose to walk along side them during the end of life journey.  We believe that each patient is profoundly unique and not simply another name on the census report.  Our care plans will reflect each patient's personal choice and respect the differences in cultures and spiritual backgrounds.​
